- 2 / 5By Crystal MaMoI love Wendy's and it is very convenient for me. I practically live two blocks away. During day time hours, they are great. I had a few mishaps here but they are a new location and still learning. Staffing, including management, always fixed my needs on that shift. The night staff is a different story. It is a typical "night" crew that seems to have seen the movie "Waiting" way to many times. The night supervisor with curly black hair is just rude and incompetent. They get orders wrong and it takes them about 20 minutes to move a drive thru line without cafe orders... and there were only two cars ahead of me. When I drove up to the window, everyone just stood around. They were loudly talking about the costumers before me. Highly unprofessional. Moral of the story, fire your night crew and start from scratch.July 08, 2016
